We are proud to be accredited by HABC, Royal Society for Public Health and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, which means that we offer internationally recognised certificate courses* as well as tailored courses. All are available in different languages.
 
 
Fees are per group of up to 12 trainees. To allow you flexibility in numbers, we allow you to pay on the day for exam fees (per person where applicable). Fees quoted are for courses held within 30 miles of Ringwood.  Mileage at £0.55/mile should be added for each mile thereafter.      
 
Suited to all care home staff who have light food duties, ends in a multiple choice test
 
  • Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering (half day)                  £155.00

This workshop is aimed at managers and supervisors who are in charge of the safe food management system at your place of work, this is individually tailored to your business.
 
  • Infection Control in Residential Homes          (half day)             £155.00
The procedures which can minimise the spread of infection in homes to protect residents and staff.  This awareness course is designed for all staff.
 
 
plus exam £12.50 per person. Holders of this qualification will have a good understanding of the principles of nutrition and preparation of special diets and the role role of nutrition in health
